		<description>There&#039;s a free utility called &quot;Lamp Light&quot; that works well for this type of situation - it can make your whole screen white, 1/2 white, or 1/4 white, so you can adjust how much light you&#039;re getting. Not sure it&#039;s worth having a dedicated program for this, but it does help to be able to alter the amount of light with one click. It&#039;s a Mac program, btw.</description>
