After a cold-but-exciting engagement shoot in New York City, I think we were all excited that Liz and Steven’s wedding was at the gorgeous, rustic West Vista Ranch in Austin, Texas. So, of course, the week before was one of the very, very few times that Austin saw snow and temperatures in the 20s.
But the sun came out, the snow melted, the temperature became tolerable, and one way or the other it was going to be great. I’d seen Steven’s family party before at his cousin Brian’s wedding, and once again they showed their close bonds and love for the dance floor.
The decor was amazing — I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t get over the rustic charm of the venue and the great ways they’d accented it. I can’t begin to say how thankful I am for clients who fly me around the world to share and document their lives with them, and so I’ll just let the pictures do it for me.
